Something unexpected that confused
Was it a slip of the fingers
Maybe not meant for you.
Ever responded, complicated or made it worse
Something said that you shouldn’t
Was it because of a doubt
Maybe just part of a curse.
Ever wanted to recall the words you sent back
Something that’s not possible to do
Was it a response that hurt
Maybe trust’s what you lack.
Ever wished you could just start the day again
Something told you to just back up
Was it just that you misunderstood
Maybe you could have stopped the pain.

actually I have let go, and will just let everything fall where they may..I am taking a crazy quilt class, I figured I might as well let go and just be me again…it seems to be working out really well 🙂
