We each conform to our own mold
I can’t push you into a shape
Nor can you change me into one
For either will cause an escape.
We accept others for who they are
If we can’t, we should walk away
For to accept less would be a lie
If you can’t accept, don’t stay.
We may fall for an image we build
One where we see what we want to
As times goes along we see deeper
Nothing changed, seeing the real you.
Opposites attract, one might say
But not without a common thought
Make sure you feel right together
Or you’ll find another sought.
